Cerri Antonio Standard LicenseBy using or installing this font data, you (or you on behalf of your employer) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Cerri Antonio.Number of Users: In consideration for the license fee paid, Cerri Antonio grants to you only, the Licensee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use and display the font data. If you are using this product for your work, this agreement applies to your employer. Cerri Antonio may be used on up to five (5) CPUs at your site connected to any number of printers or other image producing devices (regardless of resolutions) at your own site. You may make one (1) copy of the Cerri Antonio font data solely for backup purposes provided the copyright and trademark notices are reproduced in their entirety on the backup copy.Service Bureaus: You may send a copy of any Cerri Antonio font data along with your documents to a commercial printer or other service bureau to enable the editing or printing of your document, provided that such party agrees to delete the font or fonts from his/her/their system upon completion of your project.Portable Documents and Web Fonts. You may use this font dataa) to create Portable Font Resources (PFRs) with Bitstreams TrueDoc , for the purpose of allowing any third party to view, edit or print your documents remotely;b) to create PFRs with Bitstreams Web Font Wizard for use on your personal or corporate website;c) to create Embedded OpenType (EOT) with Microsofts WEFT for use on your personal or corporate website; andd) to embed fonts within PostScript files or PDF files for distribution, viewing, and imaging to third parties.Restrictions. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Cerri Antonio font data without Cerri Antonios prior written consent. You may not sell PFRs or EOTs created with this font data to a third party.Copyright. The Cerri Antonio font data is copyrighted; unauthorized copying of Cerri Antonio is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of Cerri Antonios intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, Cerri Antonio reserves all rights not specifically granted to Licensee.Termination. This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated, you agreed to destroy all copies of the font data in your possession.Disclaimer and Limited Warranty. For a period of 90 days after delivery, Cerri Antonio warrants that the font data will perform in accordance with the specifications published by Cerri Antonio. CERRI ANTONIO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. CERRI ANTONIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FONT DATA IS FREE FROM ALL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.CERRI ANTONIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE CERRI ANTONIO FONT DATA. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, this limitation may not apply to you.Export: LICENSEE shall not reexport or transfer, whether directly or indirectly, the Cerri Antonio font data to anyone outside the United States of America without first obtaining a license from the United States Department of Commerce or any other agency or department of the United States Government, as required.Governing Law.
