Liability Stuff: Betatype offers no warantees and isn't responsible for any damages that may be caused by the software. We will never be liable for more than the price of the font.5. Editing the font: Go ahead. If you think you can make something cooler, more power to you. Just don't try to resell the font.6. Embedding: Embedding in documents for printing and viewing is fine. Editable documents are also fine. If you are going to embed the font into an authoring tool (generate new files with the font) you need to buy a special license.7. Service Bureaus: It's OK to send a font with the file, but they can't keep a copy, or use it to author other documents.8. Credits: Not obligatory, but if you get a chance, a mention of Pill Gothic in any design credits would be nice.
