Explanation
Designed for Bauersche Gieerei, 1927 by Paul Renner. This is a sans serif based on geometric shapes, representative of the aesthetics of the Bauhaus school of the 1920s30s. Issued by the Bauersche Gieerei in a wide range of weights and widths, Futura became a popular choice for text and display setting. Cyrillic version created at ParaGraph in 1995 by Vladimir Yefimov
