HANKOOK FONT SERVICE LICENSE 1. (Purpose)This license is intended to specify the legal relationship and other regulations between Hankook Tire Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Company) and users in their use of the HANKOOK FONT Service (hereinafter referred to as Service), the font service provided by Company. 2. (Entry into Force)This license becomes effective when a user agrees to the use of Service. A user is deemed to fully understand and agree with the terms of this license when the user i) downloads or ii) installs Service provided by Company. 3. (Grant of Usage Rights)(1) Company grants the usage rights of HANKOOK FONT to a user who is authorized to use the font service by way of the procedure of license agreement.(2) The rights are the usage rights for the font, and Company shall not grant its ownership to a user. 4. (Copyright)(1) Company holds all copyrights and intellectual rights to the fonts and adjuncts included in Service, all of which are protected by Korean Copyright Law, the Industrial Design Protection Act and Universal Copyright Convention.(2) Unauthorized use without due permission for usage will result in civil and criminal liability under the applicable laws. 5. (Scope of Using Basic License)The usage rights of the font granted through this license are valid within the scope of the basic license specified below. Usage in areas other than those specified requires separate consultation with Company for each purpose of use.1. The scope of basic license is as follows:CI, BI, Product BI, ATL, BTL, Signage, Shop, Online, Video, Package, APP, Company newsletter, Magazine, Documents inside/outside Company6. (Limitation on Usage Rights)(1) It is additionally prohibited to produce weights of, modify the source codes of, rewrite, reverse-engineer, transform to other digital formats, lease, resell, distribute or transfer all or any services and software provided in Service.(2) The usage rights of Service shall not be assigned, sold, leased or distributed for any purpose. In addition, a user shall not, in any case, allow a third party to use Service with the users account and shall not share the account and product information operated by Company with a third party.(3) The user of Service shall not exercise the rights of font license owned by Company as an agent of Company. Company may suspend the use of Service and claim damages when a user acts as an agent of the font license for Company such as granting the font license to unspecified works of third parties. The user shall enter into a separate agreement with Company for the rental, lease, resale or distribution of the font license owned by Company, if necessary, for business purposes such as the consigned production of advertisements, videos and publications.(4) When Company is damaged due to the violation of each clause by a user, the user shall take responsibility for compensation. 7. (Service Product)(1) The product provided in Service may be added or terminated without prior notification if Company considers it necessary.(2) The terms of products provided in Service, such as the kind and the number of fonts, the scope of license and prices, are subject to change without prior notification if Company considers it necessary.(3) The kind, the amount and the version of fonts provided in Service are subject to change without prior notification if Company considers it necessary, and Company does not take any responsibility for the compatibility of works caused thereby. 8. (Termination of Provision and Usage)(1) When the objective of providing Service cannot be accomplished because of the noncompliance of obligations in the license by a user or a user infringes the rights of Company beyond the detailed scope of the basic license, the granted rights of use, Company may terminate the provision of Service, and the rights of using Service by user cease to exist and the usage of Service may be limited. (2) If the agreement is terminated due to the violation of obligations by a user, Company may claim damage to the user. 9. (Dispute Settlement)(1) When a dispute arises between Company and a user in connection with the usage of Service and products, both parties shall make genuine efforts for discussion in order to settle the dispute.(2) When a dispute is not settled through discussion between Company and a user, the dispute shall finally be settled under the jurisdiction of the Seoul District Court.
